Add option to not include the command run in ntfy done notifications

Add option to not include the command run in ntfy done notifications: a task in MiMo-V2.6-RL-harbor-code: MiMo-V2.6-RL Code (Harbor) (Harbor dataset). Use case: I don't want the exact commands I'm running to be sent to a third-party service per my employers security policies.
