The task
Most of the activation functions in `ivy` (e.g. `relu`, `leaky_relu`, `gelu`, `sigmoid`, `mish`, `softmax`, `log_softmax`, ...) accept a `complex_mode` keyword argument and route complex inputs through `handle_complex_input`, so I can pass complex arrays through them without surprises. `hardswish` is the odd one out.
