Mypy daemon suggests using "mypy --install-types" but it doesn't work

Mypy daemon suggests using "mypy --install-types" but it doesn't work: a task in MiMo-V2.6-RL-harbor-code: MiMo-V2.6-RL Code (Harbor) (Harbor dataset). We should either make --install-types work with the daemon or not suggest using it when using the daemon.
