stream.dash: support for dynamic manifests with SegmentLists: a task in MiMo-V2.6-RL-harbor-code: MiMo-V2.6-RL Code (Harbor) (Harbor dataset). TLDR: It seems that the dash implementation doesn't filter the segments when a reload has happened, causing all segments to be downloaded again.
