Fix false positives for multi-line url() in max-line-length

Fix false positives for multi-line url() in max-line-length: a task in MiMo-V2.6-RL-harbor-code: MiMo-V2.6-RL Code (Harbor) (Harbor dataset). There are false positives for max line length when there are spaces inside url() content.
