Implement wrap prop equivalently to the reference

Implement wrap prop equivalently to the reference: a task in repo2rlenv-equivalence-tests (Harbor dataset). Implement the function wrap prop in /workspace/task module.py so that it is behaviorally equivalent to reference wrap prop (which is already provided in task module.py ).
