@throttle() raises TypeError when called with a timedelta argument: a task in Repo2RLEnv R2E-Gym / SWEGEN (Harbor dataset). When using the @throttle() decorator with a timedelta object as the period argument, it raises a TypeError at decoration time instead of working correctly.
