A partially automated book-assembly script at `/opt/bookbinder/assemble.sh` is supposed to merge 14 chapter files from `/opt/bookbinder/chapters/` into `/opt/bookbinder/output/book.txt`. The script runs without error but the resulting `book.txt` has chapters in the wrong order and is missing a required header line.
