Fix the Broken Source File Scanner

Fix the Broken Source File Scanner: a task in repo2rlenv-seta-seed2synth (Harbor dataset). A shell script /opt/project/scan sources.sh is supposed to recursively locate all source files of various types ( .java , .py , .c ) under /opt/project/src/ and write a report to /opt/project/report.txt .
