more itertools.pairwise missing from public API

more itertools.pairwise missing from public API: a task in repo2rlenv-swe-next (Harbor dataset). After upgrading to more itertools 11.0.0, calling mi.pairwise(...) raises an AttributeError because the function was removed from the more itertools namespace.
