The task

According to the documentation, `rel_seek=1.0` represents the end of the file. When iterating in reverse, this is the natural starting point (and is even used internally as the default when `reverse=True` and no `rel_seek` is given). However, passing `rel_seek=1.0` explicitly raises a `ValueError`.
