sliced() silently returns wrong results for negative n

sliced() silently returns wrong results for negative n: a task in repo2rlenv-swe-next (Harbor dataset). Passing a negative slice size to sliced() doesn't raise an error — it quietly returns a truncated, incorrect result that looks plausible but is meaningless.
