You are working on the h5netcdf/h5netcdf repository. The source code is checked out at /testbed at commit…: a task in SWE-Lego-RL-2699 (Harbor dataset). It does somewhat seem like it is a bug in hdf5. I wonder if we can recreate it in netcdf4 and get them involved too!
