I’m expecting files to end up in mymodule/. For example, `__init__.py` would end up in `mymodule/__init__.py`. Instead `__init__.py` ends up in `__init__.py` with no change in path. I have the same issue with non python files like `NEWS.rst` or `README.rst`.
