Add client certificate authentication support

Add client certificate authentication support: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). Currently, the HTTP client provides no way to supply a client certificate for TLS mutual authentication. Servers that require mTLS cannot be used. We need to add client certificate support to the client builder.
