The task

**Problem 1** When `frame_size_reduction=0` is passed to WebGear_RTC (which according to the documentation is a valid value and should stream uncompressed frames), no video is delivered. No error or exception is raised—the stream simply never starts. The same behaviour occurs with any video source.
