**Problem** HTTP/2 requests served by actix-web are drastically slower than HTTP/1.1. For example, a simple request takes ~41 ms on HTTP/2 but only ~0.14 ms on HTTP/1.1. This is not the case for other HTTP servers (e.g., Node.js) where HTTP/2 performance is comparable to HTTP/1.1.
