Issue: Cursor rule files with .md extension and nested directories are not recognized: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). The validator should apply the rules to any file with a .md or .mdc extension that resides anywhere under a .cursor/rules/ directory, regardless of nesting depth.
