The task

Currently, `asv show` displays benchmark results but provides no information about runtime. Users need a way to see the durations of individual benchmarks (and total runtimes per commit) to identify slow benchmarks. Similarly, `asv run` should be able to print the slowest benchmarks after a run completes.
