When calling `subList(int fromIndex, int toIndex)` on any `IonSequence` (e.g., `IonList`, `IonSexp`, or `IonDatagram`), the method currently throws an `UnsupportedOperationException`. As `IonSequence` implements `java.util.List`, it must provide a working `subList` that conforms to the `List` contract.
