The current Neo4j CSV publisher (`Neo4jCsvPublisher`) is slow when publishing large sets of nodes and relationships because it executes a separate Cypher query for each row in the CSV files. This leads to extremely long execution times and high overhead from many roundtrips and transaction commits.
