The task

Currently, DataFusion has separate implementations for performing type coercion and determining output fields for scalar UDFs, aggregate UDFs, and window UDFs. This duplication makes maintenance difficult and leads to inconsistent, often nearly unreadable error messages when a function call fails type coercion.
