Support PostgreSQL-style EXPLAIN ( option, ... ) syntax

Support PostgreSQL-style EXPLAIN ( option, ... ) syntax: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). The parser currently only understands the flat EXPLAIN ANALYZE VERBOSE statement syntax. Users cannot write the PostgreSQL extended form:
