When multiple jobs are configured with the same `jobListenerType` or the same error handler type string, the SPI-based factories reuse a single instance of the corresponding `ElasticJobListener` or `JobErrorHandler` across all jobs. This is incorrect for any implementation that holds per‑job mutable state.
