The task
For example, if an OCI artifact tarball contains a symlink entry with target `../README.md`, the `Untgz` function (used during extraction) currently converts it to an absolute path such as `/tmp/extract-dir/README.md`. The validation then fails with the error: `oci image contains out-of-bounds symlinks`.
