The task

s2n-tls currently only supports hybrid post-quantum key exchange groups (e.g., `X25519MLKEM768`, `SecP256r1MLKEM768`, `SecP384r1MLKEM1024`) that combine an ECC curve with a KEM algorithm. There is no support for pure ML-KEM key exchange without an ECC component, which is required for CNSA 2.0 compliance.
