These IPs end up with a "unable to find ENI" error or missing metadata in the allocation result (MAC, VPC CIDRs, gateway, interface number). The underlying problem is that the IP allocation data does not always carry the correct ENI ID, but the IP itself is still owned by a specific ENI.
