Additionally, the struct should expose a `group_id()` function that returns the group’s ID: - When the struct carries a `#[group(…)]` attribute **without** `skip`, `Some(clap::Id::from("StructName"))` should be returned. - When `#[group(skip)]` is used, `group_id()` should return `None`.
