The task

Add a new experimental subcommand `docker compose alpha viz` that generates a [Graphviz DOT](https://graphviz.org/doc/info/lang.html) representation of a Compose project’s service dependency graph. The output should be valid DOT that can be piped directly to `dot -Tsvg` (or similar tools) for rendering.
