Moto currently provides mocking for the original MediaPackage service (`mediapackage`), but the newer MediaPackage V2 service (`mediapackagev2`) is not implemented. The V2 API introduces a hierarchical resource model: every channel must belong to a **channel group**, and the available operations differ from V1.
