Path canonicalization for . and .. components

Path canonicalization for . and .. components: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). The system does not properly handle . (current directory) and .. (parent directory) components in file paths. This prevents programs like Go servers from freely using relative path references.
