The task
We want to refactor compression so that it becomes a first‑class **transform operation** (transop), exactly like our existing encryption transforms (AES, ChaCha20, etc.). After the change, both LZO and ZSTD compression will be exposed as selectable transform modules that follow the same interface as ciphers.
