When a column is renamed in OpenRefine, operations that reference column names (e.g., `BlankDownOperation`, `FillDownOperation`, `MassEditOperation`, `ColumnAdditionOperation`) still hold the old name in their metadata. This causes stale references and incorrect behavior when the operation is later applied.
