The task
The flag should behave analogously to the existing `--with-legacy-metrics` option: when given on the command line, orphaned metrics must be omitted from the statistics, regardless of the output format selected (prometheus, CSV, KV, etc.). The same behavior must apply to the `query` subcommand as well.
