The task

**Description:** When a `package.json` contains `os` or `cpu` fields but no `engines` field, Yarn silently ignores those constraints during `yarn install`, allowing installation on incompatible systems. Adding an empty `engines: {}` causes the constraints to be enforced, which is unexpected.
