The task

**Background**: Named storage slots use a memory layout where each key is a quadruple `[0, slot_type, name_id_suffix, name_id_prefix]`. When looking up a named slot, we only care about matching `name_id_prefix` and `name_id_suffix` — the “half-key” — and should ignore the first two elements.
