Feature Request: Point-based Input Field with Interpolation

Feature Request: Point-based Input Field with Interpolation: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). Currently, the input field system supports constant and element-wise data. We need to extend it to support point-based data that can be interpolated to evaluation points.
