The task

When starting Colima with a `colima.yaml` config file that does **not** contain a `mounts:` key, the documented default of mounting the user’s home directory (`$HOME`) is not applied. The home directory is never mounted, and the config file is incorrectly updated to `mounts: null` instead of the expected `mounts: []`.
