Add a new configuration option `initialReplayStart` to `ClusterBackup.Context` that accepts a new enum `ReplayStart` with the values `BEGINNING` and `LATEST_SNAPSHOT`. The option should be used only when the backup first connects to the cluster and there is no previous term recorded locally.
