The task
The `OpenAIContentPart` class should be extended to support a `"video_url"` type, analogous to the existing `"image_url"` support. It should expose a `videoUrl` property that can be set via a builder method (for example, `OpenAIContentPart.videoUrl(...)`) and retrieved later via `getVideoUrl()`.
