Add --clean-dir flag to clear bundle directory and prevent stale files: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). When using --save-bundle , the output directory is not cleared between runs, so files from previous builds accumulate. This can be confusing and lead to incorrect manual inspection.
