Nacos service discovery fails to register with IPv6 address in an IPv6-only environment

Nacos service discovery fails to register with IPv6 address in an IPv6-only environment: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). the registration attempt fails with a NacosException: Request nacos server failed . The NacosWatch component also throws a subscription failure error.
