The task

Currently the proxy only routes through OpenRouter for DeepSeek models. Users who have a DeepSeek API key cannot connect directly—they must go through OpenRouter instead. We need to add native DeepSeek provider support so that models like `deepseek/deepseek-chat` and `deepseek/deepseek-reasoner` can be used directly.
