The task

We need a new `map` module in `alloy-primitives` that provides type aliases for standard hash map / set implementations with a configurable hasher, so that users working with common `FixedBytes` key types (`address`, `bytes`, etc.) get optimal performance in both `std` and `no_std` environments.
