Feature request: Add unit option to format.relativeTime

Feature request: Add unit option to format.relativeTime: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). Currently format.relativeTime automatically picks the most appropriate time unit (seconds, minutes, hours, etc.) based on the difference between two dates. There is no way to force a specific unit.
