Feature: Auto-format generated Bash with shfmt

Feature: Auto-format generated Bash with shfmt: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). Currently, Amber compiles to Bash but does not format the output, leaving it potentially messy. We want to integrate with external Bash formatters (like shfmt ) to automatically prettify the generated code.
