When a noqa comment (e.g., `# noqa: old-rule-name`) references a rule tag that has been renamed, ansible-lint currently ignores the tag silently. Users receive no feedback that they are using an obsolete tag, which can lead to confusion when they expect the comment to skip a rule but the tag is no longer recognised.
