Molecule v2 lacks a shell dependency manager

Molecule v2 lacks a shell dependency manager: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). Molecule v2 is missing the shell dependency manager that was available in v1. Users need the ability to execute arbitrary shell commands to manage role dependencies, not just the built-in galaxy or gilt managers.
