Feature Request: Add os mbuf pack chains to the mbuf API

Feature Request: Add os mbuf pack chains to the mbuf API: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). We need a new public function in the mbuf package that concatenates two mbuf chains into a single chain while packing the data to minimise memory usage.
