The task

Currently the methods `ElasticJobServiceLoader.getCachedTypedServiceInstance()` and `ElasticJobServiceLoader.newTypedServiceInstance()` treat missing typed SPI implementations as hard failures and throw an exception. This prevents callers from handling absence gracefully using `Optional`.
